Yes, the camp is actually in the cave behind the waterfall. After a long-haul march we were able to revive by taking an icy-cold shower in the falls. That´ll get all the senses alert again. Oooh-Aaah! Not a bad place to watch the sun go down either. In the darkness of the cave we gathered around our small fire as it cast our flickering shadows on the cave walls. If we´d had some finger paints perhaps we could have painted some Mammoth pictures on the rocks. It felt like going back to the early days of man. I´ll tell you something else as well, having bats zip past your face while you´re cleaning your teeth in the morning is an altogether different experience.
